A Classic Full Set is the easiest first step — natural-looking, comfortable, and a chance for us to assess your lashes properly. If you'd prefer to talk first, book a complimentary consultation and we'll guide you to the right service.

For first appointments we add 15 minutes to the service time for a consultation, so we can map your eye shape and talk through aftercare without rushing. That makes a Classic Full Set 1h 30min total, Classic Glam Full Set 2h 15min, Hybrid Full Set 2h 15min, Volume Full Set 2h 30min, Lash Lift 1h 15min, and Brow Sculpt + Hybrid Dye 1h. Returning clients get the standard service time.

We'd rather know than not. Tell us at the appointment, or within 48 hours after, and we'll adjust at no extra cost. We've never had a client leave unhappy without us fixing it.

Yes — Fresha takes a small deposit at booking to secure your spot, and the remainder is charged after your service is complete. The deposit is credited towards your total. Fresha will show you the exact deposit amount at checkout.

Yes — give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll move you to another time at no cost. You can reschedule yourself directly in Fresha, or message us and we'll handle it.
