Brow shape & colour

Brows — Sculpt, Dye & Lamination in Brisbane.

Brow sculpting, hybrid dye, and lamination — all in one studio. We map to your face shape, dye with a hybrid pigment that lasts around 1 week on skin and 4-5 weeks on hair, and relax-and-set with lamination for clients who want the brushed-up, fluffier look.

Brow Sculpt + Hybrid Dye

We start with face mapping — measuring brow placement to suit your eye shape, brow bone, and natural growth pattern. We apply hybrid dye that pigments both the skin and the hair. Lasts 1 week on skin, 4-5 weeks on hair — then tidy with a high-grade facial wax.

Brow Lamination

A gentle relaxer softens the brow hair so it can be brushed into a chosen shape, then a neutraliser sets the new pattern and a conditioning serum rebuilds the hair. Lasts six to eight weeks. Suits unruly, sparse, or naturally flat brows. Can be combined with tint and sculpt in the same session.

How they pair together

Many clients combine all three: a sculpt for shape, hybrid dye for depth, and lamination for fluffy fullness. We'll recommend the combination that fits your features and the maintenance you want.

Before your appointment — important

Please stop using heavy active skincare ingredients around the brow area for at least 14 days before any sculpt, dye, or wax service. Active ingredients thin and sensitise the skin, which makes waxing painful and can cause the skin to lift. Examples to pause: retinol / retinoid / tretinoin / Vitamin A, AHA / glycolic / lactic / mandelic acid, BHA / salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, prescription acne treatments (Accutane / Roaccutane — 6 months minimum), and strong exfoliating face scrubs. If you're not sure whether your product counts, send us the ingredient list before your appointment.

Aftercare

Keep the brow area dry for the first 24 hours. No oil-based products on the brow area for the first 48 hours after lamination, and avoid oil cleansers around dyed brows for the duration to extend the colour. Brush gently each morning with the supplied spoolie. Avoid retinol or strong actives on the brow area for 48 hours after sculpting or waxing.

Frequently asked

Questions about brows — sculpt, dye & lamination.

That's exactly what the face-mapping step is for. We measure to your features rather than applying a template — so the result frames your face rather than fighting it.

Sculpt + dye defines shape and colour; lamination relaxes the hair so it sits brushed-up and fuller. Many clients combine them — lamination for fullness, dye for depth, sculpt for shape.

Both can. Hybrid dye stains the skin underneath the hair, which builds the illusion of fuller brows even where hair is thin. Lamination brushes existing hairs upward to cover gaps. We'll set realistic expectations at consultation.

Not when done properly. We use a low-strength relaxer and condition immediately after. Over-treating is what causes damage — that's why we space lamination sessions at least eight weeks apart.

Yes — that's the combo most regulars book. Allow about 1.5 hours so we can do it properly.
