Face waxing for forehead, brows, cheeks, upper lip, and chin. We use a gentle wax formulated specifically for facial skin — lower temperature, finer texture, less irritation than body wax.
Areas we wax
Lip, chin, full-face cheeks, forehead, brow tidy. Each can be booked individually or combined. Brow shaping is usually paired with sculpting for the best result.
Before your appointment — important
Please stop using heavy active skincare ingredients on or around the area to be waxed for at least 14 days before your appointment. These ingredients thin and sensitise the skin, which can cause it to lift or tear when the wax is removed — a small but real risk. Examples to pause: retinol / retinoid / tretinoin / Vitamin A, AHA / glycolic / lactic / mandelic acid, BHA / salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, prescription acne treatments (Accutane / Roaccutane — please allow 6 months minimum), and strong exfoliating face scrubs. If you're not sure whether your product counts, send us the ingredient list before your appointment and we'll let you know.
Aftercare
Avoid sun exposure for 24 hours. Keep the waxed area free of heavy actives (retinol, AHA, BHA, benzoyl peroxide) for at least 48 hours after the appointment. Cool compress if the area looks pink. Most clients are fully calm within an hour.

Questions about face waxing.
Yes, with a patch test if you're unsure. Face-formulated wax is significantly gentler than body wax. Tell us about any retinol or acid use beforehand — we may recommend pausing for 48 hours.
Not usually on the face — facial hair is finer than body hair. Gentle exfoliation between sessions further reduces the risk.
Every 3-4 weeks for upkeep on lip/chin/brows. Full face roughly every 4-6 weeks depending on your hair cycle.
