Arin Nagatani, Japanese-trained founder of Evarin Lash & Beauty in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane

Founder

Arin Nagatani founded Evarin in 2021.

Arin trained in Japan across multiple beauty disciplines — lash extensions, brows, facial esthetics, hairdressing, and personal-colour analysis — before settling in Brisbane and opening the studio.

The work she brought with her is precise, restrained, and built on Japanese lash methodology: each extension weighed and matched to the natural lash it sits on, every set mapped to the client's eye shape, lash health prioritised over volume drama.

Five years and 5,000+ sessions later, the studio still works the same way. The technique scales because the standard doesn't move.

How we work

Lash health, considered technique, a calm pace.

Every set we apply has to pass three tests. The lash beneath it has to stay healthy through the wear cycle. The result has to suit the eye shape it sits on, not someone else's. And the appointment has to feel restful enough that you'd choose to do it again.

That's why we work slower than most. Why we'll talk you out of a heavier set if your natural lashes can't carry it. Why we chose an LED system gentle enough that no one in the room needs eye protection.

Lash health first

Lighter extensions, proper isolation, no damage to the natural lash.

Mapped to you

Every set built around your eye shape, lash strength, and lifestyle.

Calm appointments

Most clients fall asleep. We work slowly so nothing feels rushed.

Considered finish

Definition that looks like yours — just better.

Our technology

The gentlest LED light on the market.

Our LED runs at roughly 1% of the intensity of standard salon LEDs — gentle enough that no one in the room needs eye protection, strong enough to bond LED glue for 3-5 week wear (subject to your natural lash cycle and lifestyle).
